Clients wishing to cancel their service with Nvatomate must provide a written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. This allows us to reallocate resources and adjust our scheduling accordingly.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To cancel your service:

b. Include your full name, account number, and the reason for cancellation in the body of the email.

c. Our support team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions if necessary.

4. Cancellation Fees

a. If the 30-day notice requirement is met, there will be no additional cancellation fees.

b. If a client fails to provide the full 30-day notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to one month's service charge will be applied.

5. Refunds

a. Any prepaid amounts for services beyond the 30-day notice period will be refunded to the client.

b. No refunds will be provided for partial months if the cancellation takes effect in the middle of a billing cycle.

6. Rescheduling or Modifying Services

If you wish to reschedule or modify your service rather than cancel, please contact our support team at

7. Exceptions
