Nvatomate’s Master Consumer Database is built using a real-property database as its backbone for standardization.
As a company standard, Nvatomate only ingests data from source contributors that are able to provide hotline data feeds as early as daily to as late as quarterly.
With over 4,000 licensed online data sources, and 1500+ offline data sources, Nvatomate’s Data Architects create behavioral profiles for each consumer as they purchase products, subscribe to services, book trips, frequent physical locations, and opt-in for all third-party marketing and advertising offers by disclaimer.

DATA HYGIENE
As new consumer data records are collected, our algorithm identifies whether the consumer is new to the database, or if the records contain any new information when compared to existing records in Nvatomate’s database.
POSTAL LEVEL
NCOA - To update consumers' residential information as they move. Postal data is updated against the National Change of Address every 60 days or on output of order by request.
DPV - Delivery Point Verification
CASS CERTIFICATION - Coded Accuracy Support Systems is also used to ensure your direct mail printing and postage marketing dollars are maximized with 98% accuracy.
AUTO ID DATABASE
Nvatomate has relationships with over 1500 vehicle owner data entities throughout the United States that feed car owner data as early as every Monday morning to as late as every quarter.

EMAIL ADDRESS LEVEL
With an average data ingestion rate of 20-30 million opt-in records per month, Nvatomate collects the opt-in credentials to prove opt-in (IP address, time/date of opt-in, and the source URL the consumer opted-into)
To identify new, unique, and potentially deliverable email addresses, the incoming records are first bounced against our Master Suppression File (1.6 billion email addresses we know are no longer active). This process identifies the potential good emails.
During the delivery test phase, we run ping verification, SMTP checks, and permission passing before adding the email address into our market-ready file.
ECOA – Electronic Change of Address
ACCURACY
Nvatomate uses a dual corroborating record technique which double verifies the consumer is the true and current owner of the vehicle from at least two of our contributing data sources.
To prevent the data from becoming historical, we require a third supporting record to surface within 10 months to confirm the consumer still owns the car.
If a supporting record does not surface within this 10-month period, our algorithm automatically moves the record into a holding-work-file until we can once again prove current ownership of the vehicle or update the consumer with a new vehicle owned.
BUSINESS DATABASE
Nvatomate’s Business Database is not your average Standard Industrial Classification code database. Our database is constantly updated as executives change companies and job titles by merging multiple mass databases. We currently have over 93 million contacts in the United States and data in over 150 other countries.
